Ageless Healthcare LLC was established by Carlyne Banks to put her 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing assistant to good use.
She absolutely loves her profession and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. She decided that it was time to branch out after seeing how other agencies worked. They wouldn’t put much effort into making a good match between the patients they served and their staff. It would sometimes work out, but there were times where personalities would collide. She knows that a great fit can help a caregiver feel like part of the family rather than a stranger tasked with such an intimate job. You invite us into your home to be at ease, and your caregiver should help with that feeling.
This unique viewpoint of going through a matching process to find the perfect fit among clients and staff is what separates Ageless Health Care from other skilled nursing companies. Other agencies can supply private nursing services using a staff that has excellent credentials, but if they don’t look for that perfect match, it won’t have the same feel.
